Who We Are

We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Every CCD screen printer is assembled, wired, programmed, and tested under one roof — our 2,500+ m² facility in Dongguan, China.

Our assembly team of 20+ technicians — including mechanical fitters, electrical engineers, and PLC programmers — handles everything from structural mounting to wiring, pneumatics, and control system integration.

What We Do Differently

We don’t just build standalone printers. We engineer complete production lines based on your specific process — peeling (film removal) → printing → drying → automatic collection.

Different customers, different equipment combinations. Some need a printer integrated with a peeling unit and an oven. Others need a printer, oven, and automatic collection system only. We design the equipment combination that fits your workflow — not the other way around.

Customization That Matters

Beyond workflow configuration, we also adapt the physical equipment to your space and production requirements:

• Machine dimensions – from standard 500×700mm up to custom 2000×1200mm large-format CCD screen printers

• Layout orientation – vertical, horizontal, or combined arrangements to maximize your available floor space

• Transfer systems – custom conveyor heights, curved transfer stations, and angle connections to seamlessly integrate with your existing line

• Equipment combination – printer-only, or fully integrated with upstream/downstream modules based on your process needs

Quality Assurance

We inspect and test every machine before it leaves our factory:

• Component inspection – incoming parts verified against specifications

• In-process inspection – torque, alignment, and electrical integrity checked during assembly

• Electrical safety test – insulation and grounding verification

• 24-hour continuous run-in test – simulates actual production load

• Final CCD calibration – alignment verified with standard test plates

Each step is documented on a sign-off checklist, with the technician’s name and date recorded at completion. Every unit is verified to meet specifications before shipment.
