Customer-Driven Upgrade: CCD5070 – 3 Key Improvements

A customer recently sent us a video pointing out a few areas where our CCD5070 screen printer could be improved: the pick-up position, delay settings, and safety light curtain reset logic.

We responded right away. Here’s what we changed.

1.Expanded pick-up position for large materials

Before: The home position was too far back, making it difficult to load large substrates.

Improvement: Moved it forward by over 100 mm.

Result: Much easier loading – the customer told us it “feels much smoother now.”

2.Optimized delay settings

Before: The machine had the delay function, but the customer wasn’t sure how to adjust it for different materials.

Improvement: We helped them set the optimal delay parameters based on their specific materials.

Result: Smoother machine sequencing, and operators can work at a comfortable pace.

3.Improved safety light curtain reset logic

Before: The reset process after an alarm was unclear.

Improvement: Now, after an alarm is cleared, the operator must manually press “Start” to resume.

Result: Prevents automatic restart after false triggers – safer for operators.

All three improvements have been applied to the new CCD5070 and shared with our entire after‑sales team. So next time you have a question, they’ll have the answer – and they can also prevent similar issues before they arise.
