Through multi-servo coordinated drive, the equipment simulates manual pick-and-place actions, achieving fully automated loading from the magazine stack to the conveyor line. Layer Warning Function: Activates audible and visual alerts when production reaches the last two layers, allowing operators to prepare for a stack change in advance.
Accurate and Reliable Positioning: Minimal positioning error per layer ensures consistent pick-up location, enhancing production stability.
3. Flexible Product Adaptability
